Refund/Return Policy

At the moment we only accept refunds if an item is not delivered in time. Any product from Ceisz which comes as damaged, an immediate replacement will be sent to you.

 

If there is an issue with sizing you are eligible to exchange.

1. Email us with your order number and full name, also the item you ordered and you would like to exchange.
2. We will then provide you with a return address to which you can ship your purchase.
3. Place the item carefully in its original packaging prepared for delivery and include a note with your full name, order number and email address so we can recognise your order (Warning: we will be doing tests on the returned items, therefore, if the items are not in its original packaging  the return will not be accepted)

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, which is the responsibility of the buyer. The time it takes for your returned product to reach you will vary depending on where you reside. We recommend that you choose a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can't promise that we'll get your returned item.

If the item you receive is damaged please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the defective or damaged goods so that we can immediately remedy the matter. We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item.
