All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Unless otherwise stated on the website. Our processing time may take up to three working days due to the pandemic's effects, while the majority of orders are completed the same day. Your order will arrive depending on the shipping method chosen during checkout. Most orders arrive within 3-6 business days if you are in the UK, or 7-14 days internationally.

All orders are Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For and covered with compensation if lost.

You will also receive a tracking number for your order which can simply be entered here to see where its at.

Our orders are delivered by Royal Mail on the first attempt, either to your home, a secure location, or a neighbour. When this is finished and your tracking has been updated to show delivered, we will consider the item delivered. Please bear in mind that any incorrect information you submit during the checkout process is not our responsibility. Your items will be delivered to the address you enter during the checkout process.

If you claim that your item was not delivered or was damaged by Royal Mail, we will investigate with Royal Mail, which could take up to 14 days. When the investigation is completed, we'll inform you of the findings. If Royal Mail confirms delivery by providing supporting information such as GPS coordinates or verbal proof of arrival, we may not be able to resend your goods.
